I am glad you are here. Thank you for taking the time to explore my website to learn more about the benefits of receiving high-quality lactation care from pregnancy through weaning. If you are here, you may be expecting a baby, you may be planning to conceive and curious to learn more about providing your baby with your breast milk, you may be adopting and interested in learning more about inducing lactation, relactation, or chest feeding, you may be minutes, hours, days, weeks or months into parenthood and experiencing a challenging time, or you may just have a few questions you weren’t prepared for. Wherever you are in YOUR journey, you have come to the right place.

​With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have been by the side of many families as they welcome new life into the world as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, a Postpartum Nurse, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse and Lactation Consultant. I know this is not always an easy journey and the one you are on does not look the same as anyone else’s. While I loved the fast-paced environment and variety of the hospital setting, I have always felt a desire to help families beyond their hospital stay. In a perfect world, I envision that families, prior to delivering their baby, would meet with a knowledgeable and qualified lactation expert who would provide education specifically tailored to their unique situation. This relationship would continue on after delivery and through weaning, empowering each family with support and education, acknowledging that, as the parents, they are the ones who know and understand the needs of their baby best. While pregnant with my second child I felt a strong desire to bring this vision to life and provide families with this care, the care that you deserve.

That is where and when this practice bloomed. It is my mission to support and empower all families through individualized goal-centered care, meeting YOU right where you are on your journey and helping you get to where you want to be. I know this is not always an easy journey; I have been through two very different experiences myself. That is why I am here, to offer you the opportunity to work with a lactation provider whom you know and trust throughout YOUR journey: through pregnancy, lactation and parenthood.
